Bollywood News: Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal officially announced their pregnancy just an hour ago on their Instagram handle. They shared a photo of themselves in which Katrina is showing her baby bump, while Vicky is lovingly cradling it. In the picture, the couple is dressed in all-white attire. Along with the image, they posted a heartfelt message.
The caption of announcement post read, “On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude. 🙏🏽 ॐ.” Rumours about Katrina’s pregnancy had been making the rounds for quiter some time. On Monday evening, Vicky was seen attending the premiere of Homebound alone, which further fuelled the rumours. With their post, the two have now confirmed that they will soon be welcoming their bundle of joy. Reports say they are expecting their baby in October.
An older interview with Katrina has also been making the rounds online, showing her views on family and parenting. Speaking to Filmfare in 2019, the actor remembered how she grew up with her mother Suzanne Turquotte after her parents separated. She had said, “Not having a father figure does create a certain vacuum and makes any girl feel vulnerable. When I have kids, I want them to have the experience of being with both parents."
